Nousherwan heads the firm’s corporate and commercial transactions practice. With over 17 years of experience in advising on corporate and commercial transactions he has advised clients on a broad range of issues ranging from project finance, real estate, corporate compliance, intellectual property, land acquisition, and the drafting of complex commercial agreements. With a strong portfolio of clients consisting of multinational corporations, financial institutions, startups, and foreign companies, Nousherwan has distinguished himself as an experienced professional that clients’ can rely on for all their corporate legal queries. 

Nousherwan has also advised clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, including before OGRA, PEMRA, NEPRA, PRA, FBR, LDA and the SECP. On the real estate side he has advised on some of the biggest real estate transactions in Punjab. Mr. Malik is a registered intermediary with the SECP and is therefore authorized to make filings on behalf of corporations. He serves as a panel legal advisor for multiple financial institutions and has led CLC’s corporate advisory services in this regard.

• Advised a financial institution on a major PKR 3 billion mortgage financing transaction.

• Successfully advised a major corporation on merger clearance before the Competition Commission of Pakistan. 

• Has advised leading CSOs/NGOs on all aspects of registration and compliance. 

• Successfully advised on major restructuring of multiple corporate entities across Pakistan, including a major textile client. 

• Over 15 years of experience providing high quality advice on property acquisition, transfer, ownership, and due diligence for both buyers and sellers.
